Man arrested on suspicion of driving truck at Peninsula cop

The incident happened around 12:25 a.m. in the 3700 block of Rolison Road, near Annette Avenue, according to the Redwood City Police Department.

The victim heard his Ford F250 being broken into and went outside to confront the suspects, one of whom pointed a handgun at him and ordered him to stop, police said.

Both suspects got into the pickup truck, started it up and drove off, according to police. They were followed by another vehicle that appeared to be waiting down the street.

One suspect was described as a Black man in his early to mid-20s with a slender build, police said. He was last seen wearing a black balaclava-style face mask and black clothing.

The second suspect was described as a similarly dressed male, according to police.
