A Dana Point home in The Strand at Headlands, formerly owned by Christina Hall of HGTV’s “Flip or Flop” fame, is up for sale at $16.898 million.
Records show Hall sold the property to an aerospace and defense executive in April 2022 for $11.5 million, about 12% more than the $10.3 million she paid for it in July 2021 when it was newly built.

Christina Hall, 40, starred alongside her ex-husband, Tarek El Moussa, for almost a decade on “Flip or Flop.” She was previously married to Ant Anstead. Currently, she is the star of another HGTV show called “Christina on the Coast,” for which her current husband, Josh Hall, is a consulting producer.
