SAN JOSE — A 19-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of fatally stabbing a man nearly three times his age in late January, according to San Jose police.

Nikolias Ramos, of San Jose, was arrested earlier this month and later charged with the killing of 56-year-old Jesse Quesada Diaz, also a San Jose resident, police announced Monday.

The stabbing was reported at 4:24 p.m. on Jan. 28 in the 1500 block of Almaden Road near the city’s Alma neighborhood. Responding police officers found Diaz suffering from stabbing injuries, and he died after being taken to a hospital.
