Public Information Officer Rashad Hollis told the Times-Herald on Wednesday that the Target had to be closed due to the smoke destroying food and fabric materials inside the store.

“They had to throw all that stuff away,” Hollis said. “They’ll have to restore the whole building and replace a lot of the merchandise. My guess is that the store will remain closed until a new shipment comes in.”

Police are appealing to the public for help identifying this person of interest shown in the photo attached to this story. If you possess any information about this arson case, the VPD urges you to contact Officer Stephanie Diaz at (707) 564-7106 or via email at [email protected].
