OROVILLE — Personal treasures got examined during the second annual antique appraisal event at Bolt’s Antique Tool Museum on Saturday in Oroville. Dave Dewey received an appraisal from Erin Dewell of this Art Deco, silver-plated cigarette box with rosewood knob from the SS Île de France — a French luxury ocean liner that plied the transatlantic route between Europe and New York from 1927 through 1958.
