OROVILLE — With Lake Oroville less than a foot from its maximum capacity, watercraft nearly filled the harbor at the Lime Saddle boat launch on Tuesday.
The floating dock was bustling with people using the lake recreationally, dock workers and those doing routine maintenance.
A particularly large houseboat was being serviced by a crew just at the edge of the water and just down the way, a new floating shop was in the early stages of construction.
The temperature being in the mid-80s likely made for a good day to hit the lake.
