Feather River Boulevard, Oroville: A man was reported stealing rims.

Country Downs Lane, Magalia: A man reported two of his mixed-labrador dogs were taken, adding that his neighbor last saw the dogs in a newer light gray Toyota Tacoma.

Black Bart Road, Oroville: About 1,000 feet of copper wiring was reported stolen.
