Easter ‘hoppenings’ around Los Gatos kick off spring

Easter is coming up, and Los Gatos will be celebrating. For a traditional egg hunt, hop on over to Oak Meadow Park Saturday, March 30. Young hunters will want to be there promptly at 10 a.m. with their own baskets to collect candy and toy-filled eggs. For photo ops, the Easter Bunny will be available, and it’s all free. After the hunt, the carousel with its handmade horses and the Billy Jones Wildcat Railroad will be open for rides.

Looking for a place to enjoy Easter brunch? A few suggestions: Zona Rosa will be serving from 10:30 until 3 pm., and Chez Philippe has a special Easter menu. Saratoga’s Mountain Winery is setting up food and dessert stations, and wine for those over 21, to enjoy while taking in great views of the valley.
