— Wayne Wallace, who commutes from Hollister to San Jose, on Caltrans’ new “turbo roundabout” aimed at reducing deadly crashes at the intersection of highways 25 and 156 near Hollister. The crash rate at the intersection has since more than tripled, but deaths and serious injuries have dropped to zero.
