A house in Oakland that sold for $1.8 million tops the list of the most expensive residential real estate sales in Alameda, Piedmont and Oakland in the past two weeks.

In total, seven residential real estate sales were recorded in the area during the past two weeks, with an average price of $1.4 million. The average price per square foot ended up at $671.

The prices in the list below concern real estate sales where the title was recorded from the week of December 25 to the week of Jan. 21 even if the property may have been sold earlier.

The 1,626 square-foot single-family house in the 1400 block of Holman Road in Oakland has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in November and the total purchase price was $1,075,000, $661 per square foot. The house was built in 1925. The house features three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The 1,779 square-foot townhouse in the 300 block of Lagunaria Lane has been sold. The transfer of ownership was settled in October and the total purchase price was $1,075,000, $604 per square foot. The house was built in 1977. The house features four bedrooms and three bathrooms.

4. $1.5 million, single-family home in the 2400 block of Scout Road

The sale of the single family residence in the 2400 block of Scout Road in Oakland has been finalized. The price was $1,462,000, and the new owners took over the house in November.
