Oroville Hospital nurses picket for contracts

OROVILLE — Oroville Hospital Nurses demonstrated an informational picket Thursday at Oroville Hospital, carrying signs and marching up and down Olive Highway.

The picket, backed by California Nurses Association, was held to gain support for new contracts amid cited chronic short staffing, according to a press release from California Nurses Association representative Kim Jakab.
